Frecciargento trains (the "silver arrows") run on both conventional and high-speed lines, offering fast services to Rome and the main metropolitan areas of Northern and Southern Italy. On-board comfort and services offered are those of high-speed trains.
Frecciabianca (the "white arrows") serve over 80 destinations throughout Italy, from Milan and Venice to North Italy, the Adriatic Coast, Tuscany and the Ligurian Coast. These trains operate on the conventional lines, away from the high-speed lines, guaranteeing comfort and quality services.
Intercity day and night trains complete Trenitalia's high-speed train offer by operating on several lines in multiple regions in Italy.
Intercity trains serve some 200 Italian cities every day. With 86 daily trains, Trenitalia's Intercity trains make it possible to easily travel between the big Italian cities and the smaller towns.
