Aachen Hauptbahnhof has the following facilities for passengers with reduced mobility:

• Elevators to all platforms
• A guidance system for the blind throughout the entire station
• A disabled toilet in the underpass to the platforms, behind the access point to Platform 1, on the right-hand side near the lockers

The staff at the Railway Mission (Bahnhofsmission), a church facility in stations, can provide passengers with services and assistance. The Railway Mission in Aachen Hauptbahnhof is located on Platform 1.

The DB mobility service is available to all passengers in Germany:

• The DB mobility centre provides information about barrier-free travel and provides concrete assistance during your journey

• The mobile service personnel provide assistance with getting on and off trains and changing trains. They can be identified by their red caps bearing the word “Service”. Registration: 24 hours in advance at the DB Mobility Centre
